We are training at EFM health club at Southport.

It is located at parking building near Gold coast hospital.

The gym is owned by a lovely local family.

It is a good quality small gym which has every equipment you need for training.

So you do not have to worry about too much crowd or monsters and super heroes posing in front of mirror.

1 Hospital blvd, Southport, QLD, 4215

There is a parking space at the building but unfortunately it cost $8 for 1 hr 30 minutes

Parking at Tonga Place is the best free parking option, then you can walk down(warming up before training). You do not have to spend 5 minutes warm up in actual training)
