一楼卧室


$160每周


Queen Size床架，床垫，空调，独立卫生间、浴室，超大衣柜，书桌、转椅。


霸占整个一楼，独立空间，适合讲求生活品质单身族入住，情侣入住价格另外商议。


注：所有房间价钱均已包含了网费以及水电费，电费超过$800的部分大家平摊（House装有高效率可储电太阳能，正常用电基本不会超过限额）。入住前需缴纳4周的租金作为保证金，如果搬走需至少提前两周说明。
