房屋
房租包含水電&NBN光纖網路
廚房:冰箱/鍋具/廚具/餐具；房間:寢具/桌子/衣櫃/風扇；其他設備:洗衣機/吹風機都有提供,房子最多不超過5個人

雙人房(2張單人床)$200/週(每人$100/週),單入入住則以$140/週計算,希望至少住一個月
押金2週/搬走前懇請2週前告知
