2 与REAL ESTATE, DOMAIN, RENT ME等8家主要物业网站签约，确保LISTING可以让租客第一个时间看到。
3 任何的房屋维修工作，我们都将ORIGINAL RECEIPT提供给房东，不收取任何MARGIN。
4 每三个月一次ROUTINE INSPECTION，免费测试SMOKE ALARM。
5 如果您是我们的客户并且介绍其它投资房源，我们将免除您三个月的管理费或给与等额现金作为COMMISSION.
6 对于新签约的OWNER，第一个月免除管理费用。
7 如果您准备出售我们管理的物业，我们将给与市场价格最低的COMMISSION。
