如题 LZ在旅行社定了机票因身体原因不能回国了有GP给开的证明可是去旅行社咨询退票事宜竟然要扣快60%的退票费旅行社当我面给南航挂电话（不知真假）询问我这种情况对方说就是正常扣费 GP开单子也不行 LZ买的不是特价票就算正常扣费也不能扣快60
%啊并且给我打印了退票FORM 退票理由有几个选项其中一个就有医生医嘱我问不是有这选项?对方就说没有请问大家如何处理?

十分感谢已至电南航不过他们并不受理旅行社我又挂电话了扣费又高了已然超500

通常特价票都不可以reschedule 或cancel, 沒辦法告的

另外，如果GP的证明只是说你病了，然后你自己不想回国，那么航空公司肯定是按规定走的。但是如果GP开的证明说你不适合坐飞机，那么一般来说是和航空公司可以商量的，比如说免费延期等等。
