近city,UQ,QUT的master room出租，apartment位于auchenflower火车站旁，距离火车站一分钟路程，距离Toowong shopping centre一站，距离city三站, 步行8分钟左右可以到bus station, ferry station, 步行5分钟到citycycle station，购物出行方便。apartment旁边有小咖啡馆，600米左右有一个有小超市和food court，300米左右有一个足球场，还有一个park，环境优雅舒适。步行大概5分钟有购物和吃饭小商业区。
apartment是三室一厅，阳台挺大，风景很好。房间有冰箱，微波炉，洗碗机，烤箱，厨房用具，沙发，电视，吸尘器等等，家具齐全，拎包入住。目前住了我（女）和一个UQ的女学生，现在出租主卧，有自己的卫生间。我在QUT做research，工作较忙。UQ的女士非常安静，希望入住的人能保持清洁。
master room里面有一张书桌，椅子，大床，一个立柜，可以共用厨具。价格是单人$250 每周，两人$280每周，bill included。从2015年5月15日可以入住，短租长租均可。
