房子所处位置公共交通和购物都很方便。

十五分钟步行到Sunnybank Plaza,到华人超市，购物和吃饭很方便。

二十分钟到Westfield Garden City Shopping Centre和UpperMt Gravatt bus station。公交车四通八达，方便快捷很多车到UQ, Griffith，QUT, city, Toowong,

Indooroopilly, Chermside等等。

七分钟到车站。130,140,139

总共有两个房间，一间大房，一间小房。
大房有一个kind size 床，大衣柜，floor 台灯。学习桌，风扇。
小房间有一个single size 床，衣柜，学习桌，风扇。

厨房有冰箱，微波炉，洗衣机等，家具齐全。

价格为：$220 一周包水电网。
