靠近sunnybankhills shopping town 和 calamvale centro两大购物中心超大入墙衣柜房间双人床, 步行2分钟到130,131,136,137,139,140,145,151等公车站
SunnybankHills静街,步行2分钟到129,130,131,136,137,139,140,145,151等公车站.137等可直接通往GU, UQ, 30分钟到CITY，10分钟到SUNNYBANKPLAZA,GARDEN CITY,等地方，非常方便。8分钟到大型购物中心(sunnybankhillsshopping centre or calamvale shopping centre（内有coles，woolworths，aldi，coffeshop，超大华人超市，nandos，bigw，noodlebox等等,非常方便！）近GRIFFITH大学。超大型房间.超大入墙衣柜，房间里有吊扇，双人床.冰箱，炉灶，洗衣机等均可放心使用。你不用等著使用廚房和廁所，只和一个女生share卫浴。整栋房子最多住3人, 还有环境优雅的后花园。

周租金为：$135/间(单人入住)+ 押金
