A newly built brand new home on Nyleta St, Coopers Plains with rooms available for rent are looking for some nice and quiet tenants from 3 Jan 2015 onwards. This house is 5 mins walk to QEII hospital, 5 mins walk to Robertson Convenience Stores, 3 mins walk to bus-stop with direct buses going to Sunnybank, Garden City (I think it's the most popular shopping mall in Brisbane now after the refurbishment!), Griffith Uni (Nathan Campus) and Brisbane CBD. If you have a car, it's a short 5 mins drive to Sunnybank and 15-20 mins drive to Brisbane CBD.

Each room is fully furnished with new double bed and a study table with a revolving chair, this spacious room would be a comfortable experience for you. In addition, you will have a double GLASS MIRRORED wardrobe fully to yourself! All the things in the house (washing machine, fridge, etc) are brand new!

You will be sharing a house with two working professionals. Preferably, you would be a working professional as well, otherwise happy to consider students as well. Kitchen is available for you to cook, but it's preferable that you do not cook much (as I'll be using the kitchen quite a fair bit). Sharing a new bathroom and toilet with a maximum of 2 other persons.

Off-street parking is available if you have a car.

Rental is a reasonable $170/week, which is inclusive of electricity, water and unlimited internet. 4 weeks bond required, with 2 weeks rent paid in advance and 4 weeks notice required if you would like to terminate your tenancy. No pets allowed. Looking for longer lease tenants (at least 6 months) where possible.
