布里斯班南区华人区附近runcorn一townhouse有一间房招租。

此房近150公交站（两个车站，一个小站就在小区门口，另一个大站，走路7分钟），近火车站（在fruit grove station和runcorn station之间，走其中任何一个10-15分钟），坐公交是走bus way，因此到city、Griffith Uni、QUT、UQ都很方便快捷，适合上班族和留学生。附近有大大小小好几个shopping center和本地超市（Coles，Woolworth，AlDI）、近小尾羊，亚洲超市；近的Woolworth走路10分钟，远的开车不超过10分钟。

此townhouse楼下是厨房、客厅和车库、前后院；楼上三个房间，现出租其中一个单间（长、短租均欢迎，房间随时可以入住）。

出租的房间与另外一个单间share独立的卫生间和浴室。房间全屋木地板，卫生间浴室干净、清爽、整洁。房间配有单人床，适合住单人，床、写字台、书柜（衣柜是嵌入式）及楼下餐桌椅、沙发、电视及厨房用品等都是为满足自住需要配置的。

租期灵活，随时可搬进；提前两周告知即可随时搬出，押金为两周房租费，招不吸烟、不养宠物的上班族和留学生(男生优先)。

此房间$120/周。水电网全包，网络不限流量，速度快。
