房子在Taringa，两房两卫，硬件设施很好，全新的烤箱冰箱洗衣机，原房不附带床，餐桌等家具，现可以全部赠送。另外可附赠第一个星期的房租。WIFI已覆盖水电网都有可即使拎包入住。


交通上，三分钟走路到Taringa Train station可到indoor city等大部分地方。两分钟路程到达公交站到UQ大概只需要十分钟左右。
房租方面中介官方价格380一周现在入住在合约期内每周只需350.我个人一次性每周补贴30刀房租给新租客
