近UQ干净整洁的新房出租

因为室友10月要回美国了，所以出租一间。

地址：186 Moggill rd, Taringa.

交通方便：

楼下走路2分钟有Taringa火车站（去city方向、indooroopilly 方向方便）

门口有2个公交车站，去city，Indooroopilly方向车平时2到5分钟1班。

5分钟走到车站427,428到UQ

吃饭就餐便利：

楼下就是Domino披萨店和1家24小时的Jets健身房。附近还有Hungary Jacks、2家中餐馆、墨西哥菜等其他餐厅。去indooroopilly 方向一站路有麦当劳和肯德基。

重点说下房子：

这套房子是apartment,整栋楼基本上住的都是上班族。虽然挨着Moggill rd,但是请放心，因为我们在这住着却从来没有被外面的噪音吵到过。

有车位提供、有电梯上下方便。楼上有管理人员，安全有保证。

说下房间（附图）：

一共2间Master room,都带各自独立卫浴。房间采光不错，家具齐全。可以拎包入住。

出租时间：十月中旬到1月份，住的好的话后面可以再和中介续签。如需短租，可另行商议。

房租：双人$260+share bill,单人$220+share bill。欢迎随时来电、看房。
