我们学生一族生活作息规律，很少做饭，常打扫，爱干净。

出租楼层在28楼，家具齐全，宜家最贵的硬床垫Queen Size Bed，超大落地玻璃入壁式衣柜以及自己独立的卫生间，家里配的是不伤衣服的滚筒洗衣机和烘干机。楼内有BBQ, 桑拿, SPA, 恒温游泳池, 游乐游泳池，健身房等免费设施。每层楼需要电子钥匙进入，十分安全，房间隔壁很少住人，非常安静。

位于市区中心地段, Festival Tower, 非常近QUT, CQU, JCU, Sarina Russo, QAT等。交通出行极为便利，步行1分钟至Myer centre和车站步行街，一个路口可至Coles，2个路口可至Woolworth。生活非常方便, 楼下就是Nando’s，日本寿司店，Jackpot,  Little Singapore, 7-11便利商店，亚洲宝岛及N多韩国超市，还有各种餐馆和咖啡厅.

共同分摊电和无限流量网络(Total around $7 per week per head)，主要是希望达成大家共同节省的默契，市区的电话线新，下载网速绝对保证；空调是中央空调，不用制冷，明火炉子，所以电费非常便宜。

寻与一人或两位SHARE整个apartment，客厅阳台绝不出租。
