一、位置
（这段介绍文字方便还在国内的同学，已经在这边的同学可以忽略了）
房子位于brisbane street 靠近Carmody Road 一侧，远离主干道，不吵。
每天走路去UQ上下班上学就可以了，十多分钟就到了,具体要看到学校的哪个地点了。
治安好，而且楼下有安全门，周围环境好。
附近有小黑店（华人老板开的超市，有很多中国食品，面条老干妈调料什么的都还挺全的）、餐厅（方便懒得做饭的人）、公交车站（可以搭公交去图旺、city，火车站……）、渡船、理发店、公园（有烧烤台和桌椅，可以烧烤和聚会）、近河边（跑步骑单车锻炼空气好）……

二、户型
两室两卫，带阳台，有车库。
一间主人房，室内卫浴，另一间double room。有单独的卫浴（不在室内，但大点）。都是落地窗，采光很好，房间明亮。客厅直通阳台。
厨房烧电的，安全。
阳台够大。
室内地毯。
房子在二楼，（共三层楼）。
有车库，带锁，非遥控。
地势高，不怕淹。

三、设施
冰箱，洗衣机、微波炉，餐桌，电磁炉、高压锅，书桌书架、椅子……
国内来的可以拎包住，床上用品刚好是新的，基本生活用品齐全。

四、室友
我们是一对80后夫妻，其中一个在UQ上班。两人作息规律，不抽烟，不养宠物，无不良嗜好。性格好，好相处，只是不善表达。
同样，希望招到好相处，作息规律，无不良嗜好、爱干净（只要别太邋遢就行）的室友。大家都不容易。
