1 double room $180 ( Queens size bed, table, chair, large wardrobe)

Include 4 weeks bond.

Shared new bathroom with big bathtub

All bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, so downstairs large living area.

Home-stay style living mean we are happy to share everything in the house, e.g. food in the fridge, laundry and toilet essentials. ALL INCLUDED IN THE RENT.

One car space available.

Within the complex amazing garden with heated swimming pool, spa and gym available 24/7.

5 mins drive to the city

2 mins walk to bus stops

5 mins on the bus to the city

10 mins walk to China Town
