Situated in Brisbane Fortitude Valley, Inner City Motel is looking for a customer focused individual to join.

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following attributes:

Well presented
Strong customer focus
Essential experience in a Hotel/Motel environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English
Good time management and ability to multitask
Full ability to work a 7 days rotating roster (Day and Afternoon shifts)
Excellent attention to details

Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing efficient services for guest registration and departure
Upselling room types where appropriate
Settling guest accounts, ensuring cash procedures are followed
Maintaining accurate guest accounts
Assisting with guest enquiries and offering solutions
Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure our guests confidentiality and safety
Setting a high standard of service to exceed guest expectations

You may also be required to assist generally our Housekeeping Team who work closely with our front office team.

Only short listed candidates will be contacted and permanent residents (with own transport) will be preferred.
