大家好！ 这几日俺赋闲在家，终于偷得几日闲可以下下厨房啦！今天，俺给大家介绍一款俺家乡的一道家常菜：鸡汁百叶包。这个菜好做又好吃，大家一定要尝试做一下下！菜色特点： 好做，营养丰富，清淡。

食材和调料：

猪肉糜、薄百叶、盐，生抽，糖，葱、姜，鸡汤、料酒、一个全蛋   


制作步骤:
1, 糜放入碗内，加料酒，加葱末、姜末，适量盐、糖，生抽，料酒，鸡蛋，搅拌均匀后在冰箱内放置30分钟

2，薄百叶切成12厘米长的正方形。取食粮搅拌均匀的肉糜放在百叶的中间，先从底边向上裹住肉糜，再左右好好，最后上边往下折，使肉馅被百叶牢牢的包裹住 （如果不想一下子都吃完的话，可把多余的百叶包放到冻柜内长期保存）
3，把包好的百叶包放入盘内，加鸡汤和适量葱花
4，锅里准备水烧开后，将百叶包放入蒸锅大火蒸15分钟左右即可
