位于Robertson寂静街区KernowStreet。极近Griffith Nathan校区，走到GriffithNathan脚下，仅需10分钟。步行10分钟就可直达所有的便利超市和餐馆，圆圆餐厅，炸翻天，3bamboo等，万隆那块所有的都非常方便。还可以步行直达 foodcourt， aldi，hugryjack, subway,redrooster and pizza hut，附近还有24/7健身房，7-11， 加油站等等。有车者停车位置都非常多，不用担心没地方停车。
治安非常好，且防盗措施齐全。
交通便利
步行10分钟至公车站。车次相当多，可以到city，UQ， QUT，Southbank, Garden city。
