It's Jimmy, i've got a fully furnished room to let to a young couple in WestEnd.
If you are a couple or friends who are happy to share one bed, and want to share the house with local people, you gotta have attention to this place.
Plus, it's in the best place in WestEnd, if you know WestEnd area, you're gonna love it.
I'm working full-time in a IT company in the City, and the other sharemate (a NewZealander guy) is also working full-time in a warehouse near the airport.
The house is normally quiet, and all of us are friendly and respectful. We, of course, enjoy a couple of drinks in weekends.
It will be a perfect room for easy-going, friendly and responsible young couples who are studying or working in Brisbane.
Rent is $120 per person per week including all bills and internet.
Ah, by the way I have broadband wireless internet.
