我现在在CQU，考试前通宵的太猛了时差乱了，考试前一天怎么都睡不着，考试那天早上起来头晕目眩的萎了。。。又困又恶心脑门还有点烫。。当时想到要看病拿假条的事情，结果又昏睡过去了，回过神来下午想到打电话的时候只能预约到3天之后的医生了，结果就是假条开具的日期写的是11号，但内容里写的是因为身体原因医生建议不能参加8号和9号的考试。学校defer表上有一条是假条日期必须要在考试日期之前或者当天。请问在这种情况下去学校申请defer，学校会受理吗？有可能和学校说明情况后给我处理吗？

实话实说。

这里还是很人性化的。

建议以后处理这种事赶早不赶晚。
