General Requirements & Job Description:
Position requirements:-
Appropriate qualifications. Technical or Engineering Qualifications or experience an advantage.
Good Spoken and Written English and communication skills
Fluent in Mandarin Spoken & Written.
Technical ability and aptitude desirable.
Australian Citizen or permission to work full time for an unlimited period.
Job Description:-
¨ Research and evaluate potential vendors;
¨ Negotiate price and payment terms with suppliers;
¨ Create and manage PO process such as lead time and ETA;
¨ Manage and monitor the stock to maintain the safety level;
¨ Liaise with external and internal stakeholders for purchasing enquiries;
¨ Establish and maintain good business relationship with suppliers.
¨ Check incoming parts and organise parts store.
¨ Organise international and local shipment and freight
¨ Office Administration duties
