根据上面的内容我去签证的时候是不是需要只带4000刀的银行存款证明就好了，还有我老公是不是要把银行不足的部分在他的美国账户中补足啊！我老公的爸爸在国内的银行存款可以补足我老公那个I20上面的学费不足的部分吗？这部分的钱必须要汇到我老公在美国的账户吗？我老公现在还有没有必要将I20上面要求的金额全部补足之后再从新给我办一份I20的表格吗？
