To our British friends...We are Chinese students in Southampton University. We listen to your music. We watch your TV programs. We pay you the [***]ing money. But our basic rights even security could not be guaranteed. One of us was injured by teenagers in the campus. Some students were robbed by your kids on the way home. Please respect yourself if you regard yourself as civilized people.
From now on, we refuse to pay the tuition fees for this semester. We will keep on doing something else - no matter positive or negative but within the law - until our rights are guaranteed.
