Do you know Hong Kong has implemented its ESD, Electronic Services Delivery function?
Do you know the "Admissions of Talents Scheme" in the oriental pearl?
I was lucky to join in a team for Hong Kong government's ESD service. Hong Kong Government invested quite a huge amount of money to build up the infrasture. Hong Kong is keeping its position of IT leader in Asia.
It's no doubt that Hong Kong is paradise for Chinese IT talents.
