official or a certified true copies of the transcripts and the certificate
to the Graduate School.（If you complete your Bachelor's degree in July 2003）
我不知道这个the transcripts and the certificate是指什么－－是学位证？－－我没有也不可能在4月初给他，要official or a certified true copies ，可是我的学校不到7月是不会发证的，也不会给我开证明的（我问过了）。可是他的DEADLINE是4月初，这可如何是好？
如果要提交文件，拿什么给他？我想在成绩单上给出Degree:Bachelor （candidate ),这样行么？最倒霉的是，现在学校放假又不办公。
