另外还要等多久才能收到P4，Please be advised that if the NVC has received an approved I-129F petition (for a K3 non-immigrant visa application) together with an approved I-130 immigrant visa petition (for a CR/IR immigrant visa application) from USCIS, your spouse no longer requires the issuance of a K-3 visa to await adjudication of the immigrant visa petition. Thus, your I-129F visa petition will be administratively closed. The National Visa Center will send the I-130 petition to post for processing as soon as it is documentarily complete and scheduled for an immigrant visa interview.
A packet containing the Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Bill Invoice was sent to the designated agent for this case. The fee(s) must be received before the petition can be processed further.
