急出租！！！

Varsity Tower Studio 套房／工作室（獨立廚房廁所）出租！ ＄230 一禮拜兩人包水和部分電

Bond University 走路5分鐘， Robina Town Centre 開車5分鐘，附近走路10分鐘（開車2分鐘）有商場，超市和飯店，非常方便。這裡乾淨，有保安，有停車場。

我9月22號就要回國，但房約到12月份才到期。這套房非常適合一個人或一對情侶，本身兩個人需要付＄230＋10％＝＄260，不過因為我急需回國原因，現在＄230而已！

（如果你住進來，合約要跟前台簽，我保證沒有賺錢成分，只是想儘快出租而已）

廚房餐具，杯子，碗，盤子，大鍋，平底鍋，熱水壺，麵包機，冰箱，微波爐，基本需要用的全部都有。

床，書桌，飯桌，椅子，沙發，衣櫃，電視櫃（沒有電視），兩張床頭櫃，什麼都有。

廁所大，熱水來的非常快。

房間有空調。冬天不怕冷，夏天不怕熱。

有陽台，可以在外晒衣服，陽台有長椅。
有半室外游泳池，非常乾淨，管理員每天清理水池。

這裡是部分包電，意思是，只要你不是24小時開著冷氣都應該不會要多交電費。正常使用的話，耗電不多。

這裡還會給你全新枕頭和被子（沒有床單和被套）

床是King Single Size，比single bed大，但是比Queen Size小一點。
