房租全包，电费包绝大部分（因全房有4台分体空调，但每人每月只多付几块钱，历史纪律最高$5/月，）

（一）：1 X 大单人间，大窗户，双人床、入墙衣柜+6个抽屉的矮柜，大书桌，电脑椅，台灯，电风扇。。。（每间只住一人）
饭厅有大马力空调             $135/周/间
这个房间只和2个人（2个女生，1个全职工作+一个GU女生) 公用分开的淋浴间和厕所间整房注满4人/主人套房，包括这1间。

            蓝色一间----招长租，安静，不party，讲卫生，长住人士。6月08日后可入住 + 1 car port free to use

（二）：       一间粉色------- 和蓝色这间一样大，也是双人床，只是短租 6月25日---7月底，只要在这期间都可以 $135/周


因为现住的都是长住，安静，不party的学生，所以也想找爱清静，讲卫生的人士入住。长住优先！
房内禁烟，全屋住满4人，主人套房1个全职工作女生。
