女生，无车，无宠物，无party，生活习惯良好。就读GU nathan校区，诚心寻一间长租房，单人间双人间或master room都可。

7月20号可以搬

房价的接受度比较宽，但单人间超过$140就不打算考虑了。当然了，如果您有信心房间条件足以说服我咱们可以另谈～。

由于下学期课业比较重，所以想寻一处舒心的房子，安静适合学习，以方便去学校为前提,平时生活基本两点一线。希望离车站不超过2分钟，有公车直接到nathan山上。
比较远的区就不考虑了，比如runcorn，sunnybank hill ，calamvale就对我来说远了点儿。
谢绝家中有小朋友以及3人以上share浴室的房子。
