一个3 室的house, 位置很好，很安静。一个房间住一个人，学生。大家人都很好，易相处。我由于要去别的城市过假期，所以短期出租我的房间。

火车：走路 3分钟可到Fruitgrove  火车站，去city 坐火车大概35分钟。

公共汽车：大概走路3-4分钟有  150,155 express 等等。

网络：50G TPG wireless broadband

购物：旁边有runcorn shopping center Coles etc ( 大概2-3 站地，也可走路) 开车15分钟可到garden city shopping town and sunnybank plazza etc.
