位置在FORTITUDE VALLEY火車站兩室一廳的APARTMENT

獨立洗手間,房間很大,還可走出陽台,
房間內有2張單人床合拼的大床,比queen size的床還要大,
建議2個人一起租,床可以拆開就有2張單人床,
入牆衣櫃...床單枕頭都已經有提供,
洗手間是比另一個洗手間大的.,光線充足

地址是:82 Alfred street,Fortitude Valley,4006( GOOGLE 查一下就知道了)
公寓就靠近火車站,3分鐘就到,這個站很多線都能到,火車站門口也有巴士站
去qut,uq,city到哪裡都方便,節省很多不必要的時間去上班上學.
火車站內有大商場,銀行,fitness first健身,附近有袁氏行超市,百靈敦肉店.酒吧...
買菜,或者去吃飯都有很多選擇....
另外公寓是非常安全的,出入都要刷卡才可以坐電梯,因此不是住這一層的都不能上來,

家裡只有兩個房間,另一個房間就住2個女生,所以不會很多人,非常安靜,
抽煙的話也可以在陽台抽,寵物就不能了,.
5月5日空出,長租,女生入住優先
租金是單人290刀一周
雙人310刀一周
兩周BOND金....水+電+網+煤氣全包

條件那麼好的房子只此一間,要租的話就要快了!!!!
