Welcome to the University of Birmingham.
I have a single room to let at the end of March which is near the university within 2 minutes.
And it also is near to supermarket within 2 minutes.
If you want to go to BU for language class, the room will be suitable to you very much.
If you move in, you will live with 3 nice postgraduates (one female who comes from China and two males in which one come from China).
The rent just is £200 per month including water bill ( about 48 pppw).
It is very cheap according to its position and furnishes.
