Friendly roomshare in Rotherhithe/Canada Water, in a mainly Singaporean and Chinese flat. Flat is located in a safe neighborhood, just 30 seconds from River Thames. It's less than half a minute walk to view the Canary Wharf.
Bills to be equally shared by everyone. Wireless broadband facilities.
Flat is double-storey, an ex-Hilton hotel establishment, with nice kitchen, and wooden floors. The room to be shared is the size of TWO double rooms, with good lighting, nice room-mate, and huge windows.
Looking for someone who is able to move in by December. Room is priced at 66 GBP pw and 264 pcm (calculated at 4 weeks, not 4.5 weeks). If you are interested, please give me a call.
