September. The flat is close to St Pauls Road, just next to Whiteladies
road. It takes only 10 minutes by walk to the University and is very near to
Sainsbury, student union and bus stop. You will share the living room,
bathroom, kitchen with a friendly young Chinese couple. The flat is fully
furnished (kitchen with appliances, bathroom with shower, washing machine,
and has double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers in both bedrooms).
There is also a lovely balcony.The monthly rent is 270 pounds, excluding
bills. Deposit is required. To rent this bedroom, you should be a quite and
