我也没什么头绪，也许多参加下各种户外活动，认识些新朋友，对你帮助会比较大吧 ，好像美国在这方面大多都是以社区为单位采取互助会的形式，进行辅助康复。

多与人交流
参加些自己感兴趣的集体活动，多到户外去
自己跑跑步健健身什么的运动也会让心情舒畅些
如果还是学生，可以试试学校的心理医生，有的不错

可是她不bulk bill. 要自己付一些费用。在她的诊所里有一个psychologist，非常不错。她可以直接通过medicare把你转借给psychologist - 这样你也方便。
depression 最好的治疗方式是药物和counselling同时进行。希望你能早日康复。

很多事情其实跟成长，家庭，自身性格内在的矛盾都有关系，但你没意识到，但问题积累到一定程度就爆发出来，楼主可以找个有国际执照，口碑好的中文占星师帮你。我自己是靠这个醒悟改正了很多，加油啊，楼主，每件发生在自己身上的事都在帮你重新认识自己，退去原本不属于自己的外壳。

个人认为你可以单独出去旅游旅游，看看世界，感官世界，陌生的环境也许对你很有用，尤其去些比较安全热情的地方！ 没有过不去的坎，多给些自己心理暗示，要坚信老天是公平的, 给你一些，不给你一些都是正常的。甩掉包袱，匍匐也要前进才是真的！
还有，你还有OZYOYO呢（虽说大家有时候也吵吵闹闹，但也是一种交流么），什么不开心不高兴的事换个小号上来聊聊，多些人开导，多些出路，为自己，也为了家人！
