This is located in Taringa and very close to bus stop(1min) so very convenient for people who are working and studying UQ or city. There is Train station as well (Taringa station)
This unit or kind of apartment is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Other 2 bedrooms are occupied by 1 Hong Kong and 1 Korean. So if you move in only 4 persons will be living in this house.
One of the advantages of this house is very small number resident and quite/clean.
You can move in anytime you want that great right?
Rent fee is 260$ for 2 persons per week including Internet/all payments
