求西区master/double room，近UQ，不share卫浴。
st lucia，toowong，indoor，taringa，milton，chapel hill，auchenflower都行啊！
我们都是在UQ读书的学生，房源合适可长租。
要带家具，有没有空调无所谓，有车库更好，或者房边能停车也行。
我们很friendly，而且不吵闹，不抽烟喝酒，没有夜生活！
master room价格不要超过280pw（不包括bill），double具体看情况。
希望不介意用厨房，因为我们偶尔会在家里做饭。

我现在在国内，翻墙发帖……2月27回，但可以提前一周付房租。。
