刚才看到无证驾驶要上庭一帖，顿感潭内大虾强大，小弟跪求一个小问题.7月的时候被扣12分当时签了good driving behaviour period，不幸被警察叔叔在10月1号当街pull up，开出罚单一张，罚款66刀，扣2分。小弟当场尿了条子满鞋都是，如果把罚单交了就面临停牌6个月。10月27号按照罚单上的地址把罚单寄出申请court hearing，让法官裁决这张罚单。一直等到现在一月底也不给我安排court date。之后有问过，电话那头不尿我啊 就让我等，说圣诞新年等等是很慢。现在问题来了，小弟3月就要搬去别州，传票也收不到，回来开庭也是个事。既然已经拖了这么久，请教各位大虾，能不能干脆想办法拖到今年的7月，我的good behaviour 到期，满血复活之后再理直气壮的处理这张罚单。怎么样能拖延上庭的时间？如果不能拖延，上庭被判guilty，能不能申请上诉？总之？总之就是拖字决。坐等牛人解答。

没看懂。你说的要上庭，应该是传票吧，什么apper at court什么的？罚单上应该不会让你上庭的吧。

如果是传票，上面应该会写上开庭的日期和时间，包括哪个法院，还有开你传票的警官的名字啊。你就按照那个日期去呗？如果你去过了，法庭让你下次再去，那也应该给你另外一个日期啊。

看你的意思是想拖，虽然不懂你具体的意思，但是如果法庭警察局都没消息没让你去，你就慢慢等呗。或者你可以知会一下法庭，说你马上要搬去别州。而且这是在你收到传票之前就决定了的，法官会不会把你的case reassign给别州的court要看你犯的啥事了。66块钱应该是minor非法改装吧。是不是装了个什么illegal颜色的灯啊什么的。。。？
不过要是因为尿了警察叔叔一鞋，应该是可以去异地上庭的。

至于想拖7个月，我想不到有什么办法哈哈。这可是警察和法庭，不是什么电话公司讨债公司，拖必须得有个好理由，非常好的理由。这个不能帮到你啦，自己开动脑筋吧。你肯定留给过警察或者法院地址吧，你试试看搬家然后不停的打给警察局或者法院说你的case然后说你搬家了要求改地址。搬的越多越好咯。还是多留意信箱，有信千万别当没收到，因为法院默认australia post是有reasonable and reliable performance的。楼上大神说的也有道理，澳洲police service和department of transport有时候信息接不上，不会互相up date。所以能转个牌就转个牌。不过btw，实践来说，拖的越久你胜算越大。

我可能没说清楚不好意思，我现在还没收到任何信件，传票一直不来。有大虾说即使拖过了good driving behavior 也会按照当时的驾照状况来判罚，那我还是得被停牌。这个说法靠谱吗？

罚66块扣2分是因为failure to share road， driving at right lane in over 90km/h zone

什么叫传票一直不来？

你的意思是，警察说要告你，但是没给你传票？
是这意思？

如果是这样那8，9成警察打算给你传票的后来赶着回家洗鞋给忘了。或者就是吓唬吓唬你的。
一般程序上警察是当场给传票的，上面明确有日期时间地点人物。

你的意思是，警察说要告你，但是没给你传票？

不是这样的，拿到罚单后不是有好几个选项吗？我选择是最后一项，court hearing，准备跟警察打官司，说这个罚单不应开给我。其实主要是拖延时间想办法。

停车超时 又不用扣分，LZ还被扣了分了，一般demerit的话，还至少罚100刀以上，所以对这个数目很奇怪

停车超时 又不用扣分，LZ还被扣了分了，一般demerit的话，还至少罚100刀以上，所以对这个数目很奇怪

罚66块扣2分是因为failure to share road， driving at right lane in over 90km/h zone

我原来在阿村，"parking at a permit zone without permit“，被罚了28刀，哈哈，
还有比我少的么？

我被罚过30$,原因是用大灯照前面警车达5分钟。
