Message about sending Test Report Forms (TRFs) to Australia.
From 15 July we will send TRFs directly to the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre (ASPC). This is only for the Skilled Migration programme based in Adelaide. Note that we will not be sending TRFs to Australia for study purposes.
是什么意思？我申请国外的大学不可以让使馆给我递成绩到学校了吗？？？？
