地址是204/14, Cordelia St, South Brisbane。

本棟apartment 有游泳池 ,spa , BBQ area。

步行到最近的公車站 2 min (199,196,192,202可到city)。
步行到最近的火車站 5 min (south brisbane)。
步行到cultural center公車站 5 min (cultural center假日玩到多晚都不用擔心沒車)。
步行到 city 也只要 15 min (基本上可以步行上下課方便在city念書的朋友們)。

往west end的方向走去大約十分鐘有 coles , alcohol shop。假日也有 west end 市場可以買到許多新鮮又便宜的食材。
水電網路全包，家具家電全部齊全 , 只需攜帶行李就可以過來了唷！房間內是兩張單人床，也可併一起做一雙人床，無論是枕頭,棉被,被單 ,置入式衣櫥與電扇都是齊全的喔。
