在这里看到说10月后,上海也签发学生签证了,所以我给[email protected]
和 [email protected]
各发了一份电邮,询问到底应该寄往何处,结果......
北京的回复:
You should send your passport and your CoE to Beijing.
上海的回复:
If your application is approved you will be instructed to send your
passport to Shanghai for the visa to be placed in your passport. Do not
send your passport until instructed to do so.
