MY HOME: beautiful 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms modern, double story house.
Very close to Griffith University, University of Queensland the Brisbane City. 3 minutes walk to buses and 10 minutes to railway stations. Commute to Griffith University is 10 minutes. To the city and University of Queensland is 20 minutes.
YOUR HOST: We are a family of 4. Sue and Tim are parents to two grown up children. Sue is a retired nurse. Because Sue is retired, she has lots of time to teach you English if you would like to improve your English skills
YOUR ROOM: We are offering a LARGE private bedroom with a Double bed, build in robe, ceiling fan, LCD TV, and wireless Internet. We can also provide meals and airport pick up if required. We have 3 large living areas with tv so there are a lot of room for you to chill out.
We have hosted many students over the years and have made long lasting friendships. We enjoy cultural exchange and encourage students to cook a cultural meal with us at least once during their stay. We eat at the dinner table every night and enjoy conversation with our students. The rate is $220 per week
To ensure you enjoy the most comfort, we only host ONE student each time. This is to ensure you will have the maximum amount of attention from us and to ensure we can give you the best we can.
We would welcome any culture into our home and look forward to meeting and learning from new people.
