Close to Monash, Swinburne university, RMIT and MIBT. Some furniture can be provided if you need (desk, clothes rack, sofa, tea table) price is negotiable. Rent is $270 per month, bond $309. Internet (unlimited) are provided, all bills will be shared with 2 very easy going Chinese girls and 1 boy.
