Lovely 3 bedrooms townhouse in a security complex with swimming pool and tennis court. Quiet area. 2 bedrooms available now. One is double bedroom and one single bed room. It has own balcony, built-in wardrobe and air-condition. You can have furnished or unfurnished room. House is fully furnished.
It’s located in Wishart and only a few minutes away from Garden City Westfield Shopping Centre. In front of the complex, there’s a direct bus (180,181,182) to city every 20 minutes. You can also catch other buses to UQ, Graffith Uni and City from Mt Gravatt-Capalaba Road (5mins walk) from the house.
Rent is $150 for double bedroom and $140 for single bedroom. Include water, electricity and internet wireless broadband ADSL 2 +. Require 4 weeks bonds and 2 weeks rent in advance.
