我查了很久
很多租客搬離住所也會跟房東衍生出很多問題
他想要範本這樣對雙方都好

但是租房間沒經RTA的話，簽了合同都沒有用的，因為沒經RTA本身就已經ILLEGAL了

但是不經RTA，你喜歡也可以自己做一份
雖然沒有法律效用，但是列好條件等等的東西，總比日後有ARUGE好

我朋友也知道房間出租的合約是沒有法律效應
也清楚一切都要透過RTA
只是假如有基本合約的話
這樣對租客跟房東之間會比較好
至少不會有額外的爭執

我朋友只是想出租房間
所以RTA的部分應該不考慮才對
他只想要類似房客跟房東租房的那種合約
雖然沒有法律效應
至少哪方有問題的時後可以拿出來
好過某方在那邊亂講
減少不必要的爭執
