设施：家具齐全（冰箱 洗衣机 沙发 床 桌子等等） ADSL2+ 超快速ulimited网络

格局：只有两室一厅（masterroom+double room） seperated toilet，在三楼的unit  干净通风 安静的街道带车库 非常舒适

交通：出门走不到5分钟有火车feny gorve &beenlign 和 公车100 (15mins一班 早上班次更多) 都非常方便

路程：如果去city，bus train最慢20分钟左右
去UQ的话 只要15分钟（精确时间）！  路程是坐4站到Park Road 之后任意一辆车就到UQ LAKES!  真的很方便！

购物：另外去购物买菜的话
1. 到后面的窝窝丝 只要走10mins （还有众多餐馆：subway，nandos，寿司店，海鲜店，面包店，pharmacy，banks ect.）
2. 可以坐124 在wws附近 直接到sunnybank plaza下车 车程也只要15分钟！
3. 或者100到inala 13分钟

就餐：门口出来有走2分钟有burger bar 是华人开的 很便宜又好吃 还有thai food take away，newsagent

出租时间：22/11/2012-17/2/2013
（房间有queensize的床 嵌入的衣柜 照片看不到）
