我朋友是国内三年制专科毕业的，IETLS 6.0，她已申请了这两个科，其中第一个给了个conditional offer,内容是： The condition is subject to you
completing your Bachelors Degree with Second Class Honours. Your offer will be confirmed in writing once the university has received and is satisfied with these documents。 请问这个offer的意思是不是说学校要求一定要本科毕业证书才行？像她这样的情况如果直接去找program leader谈有希望吗？ 第二个科则一点消息都没有了。现在都快5月份了，我们现在很着急，希望读商科的朋友帮我们问一个这两个科的program leader的联系方式。
