了解一些英语俚语
有些英语很容易引起歧义，造成混淆，因为这个单词的意思在英国使用的意义可能不同于英国之外的其他国家地区。
A bill – the charge for a meal餐馆用餐后结账时的账单
Busker – Street musician街头艺人
Cheap – not expensive不贵，不表示就真的很便宜
Jumper/jersey – sweater, woollen item of clothing 羊毛衫
Lift – elevator垂直升降式电梯
Fortnight – two weeks 2周
Tea – a drink, a cup of tea, and can sometimes mean an evening meal可以表示一杯茶，也表示晚餐
Dinner – can sometimes mean a midday meal, or sometimes can mean anevening meal有时表示午餐，有时表示晚餐
