位于8 land st, toowong两房两卫豪华公寓，就在wesley hospital后面，有经验的亲们应该知道这里的房子是很不错的，步行五六分钟到车站，一共有14路车经过，非常方便去UQ，city， southbank等，一站路到toowong shopping center
公寓安全性极好，有24小时监控
设施齐全，有游泳池，网球场，健身房，spa，barbecue等，步行五六分钟即到brisbane河边，适合爱散步和跑步的同学们~
房间大且光线很好，落地窗通到大露台，因为在底楼，所以露台很大，房间自带衣帽间及卫生间，而且家里很凉快
房子加上你们一共四个人，我和我的朋友住另一间master，都是女生，我们是uq的学生，爱干净，作息规律，很安静也很好相处
最好是两个女生或couple share，要求不吸烟不带宠物，比较安静，330每周包水电网（不限流量）, 四周傍金
2月7号可以入住
