近UQ和QUT，走路各20分钟左右到达，有车196直达city，192直达UQ，走至车站2-3分钟。走到southbank 10分钟左右。
地址：7 Gloucester St，highgate hill
房东电话：0422 013 320 (English only)
房子是house，目前房客都是中国QUT的学生。需要招个安静的学生入住。
一共两间房出租，一间小房间，在楼上，目前已空出。另一间楼下的（这个月底将空出，2间masterroom的大小)。楼上楼下各有一间厕所，淋浴间。
小房间： Rent：A$ 120/week（水电气，网络都不包）
